I study bachelor
in arts with mention in music theory so, if I were to do a postgraduate, I
would focus in something related with music, like a master’s degree in musical
interpretation or a master’s degree in arts with mention in musicology. I think
the only reason why I might want to do a postgraduate is because I really like
to study, and if I could, I would do it my entire life.
In my career we have the option of finish the bachelor and do the titling with mention in coral direction or like specialized teacher in general music theory, but, if we want to, we can only finish the bachelor and do some postgraduate immediately. I guess that if I were do a postgraduate I would like to do it here, at the University of Chile, or, if I lucky in these years, I would like to do it in Argentina, Brazil or in some country of Europe.
I hope to have piano (like a subject) in any postgraduate that I could do, or something related with neuronal bases when we play, create or listen to music.
Other areas that I like are psychology, physic, math and neuroscience, so, maybe I can link this areas with music, especially neuroscience or anything related to understanding the neural processes behind music.
